I am Eknath Patil, a Development Officer associated with LIC of India for the past 10 years.

As you may be already aware of, LIC is India’s oldest and largest life insurance company. I recruit and train individuals to build a successful career in insurance agency business. Over the last 10 years, I have mentored more than 35 Agents as a part of my team.

I strongly believe that “Success is a sum effort of small but consistent efforts Every day” and hence conduct regular trainings to upgrade my team’s morale as well as knowledge.
